Traditionally, homes in Heritage Hills are a neutral color, and while other colors are certainly acceptable, big bold or dark colors on the house body would be outside the consistent look that ties our neighborhood together.  We do not have an “approved” list of colors but you should pick colors that are harmonious and preferably not identical to others on your street. We also prefer homeowners limit themselves to just 3 colors….body, trim and doors….but in any case you must get approval for all desired paint colors from the Architectural Chair prior to painting. It is sufficient to email the color numbers to the Architectural Chair.
